How I'd Package AI Automation Workflows (n8n / Make) Without Making It Feel Like Another PDF

A lot of small digital products feel dead on arrival because they make the buyer do too much work.

If I were packaging AI Automation Workflows (n8n / Make), I would keep it boring in the best way: show the result first, give the template, then explain the setup in plain English.

What I would include:

  • one painful use case
  • a finished example
  • the editable template or starter
  • short setup notes
  • one next step after the buyer opens it

That is usually enough. The goal is not to impress people with a huge file. The goal is to remove the first hour of confusion.

Who this is for: developers, freelancers, creators

Format: Notion template
