Fix: Dedicate 1 hour daily to learning something outside your current stack.
2. Avoiding System Design
You can write perfect code but if you can't design systems, you'll never lead projects.
Fix: Study system design patterns. Draw architecture diagrams for every project you work on.

Every day, ask yourself: "What did I learn today that I didn't know yesterday?"
