Hi friends ππΌ,
As we know, most open-source projects have a Code of Conduct included in their repositories. Code of Conduct is there to maintain a safe and welcoming space for the contributors and the community.
I believe it's an essential part to have in an open-source project/repository.
But not all open-source projects provide a Code of Conduct. It could be because the project is small and has not attract many contributors, or the contributors are regular, or any other reasons.
Now I'm curious. What's your opinion about Code of Conduct?
Do you think a project should have one? Would a project considered as an open source without a Code of Conduct? Any other thoughts?

It would be nice if there was a list of Code Of Conduct templates and or best practices.
GitHub provides Code of Conduct template when you create one π
