If you're organizing a CTF, getting it listed on CTFtime can significantly increase visibility and attract participants from around the world.

Before you submit collect this info
- Event name
- Start and end dates/times (UTC recommended)[Use this tool to convert to UTC easily]
- Event website
- Registration link
- Event description
- Organizer information
- Format of the competition (Jeopardy, Attack-Defense, Mixed, etc.)
- Eligibility requirements (if any)
- Prize details (optional)
Now do this
S1: Go to CTFtime site
Open
S2: Log in with anything
S3: Create a team
New Team
Fill in the details and click save and continue.(Team Name will be organizer name in the CTF)
S4: Register your CTF Series name
CTF Series name is a general name of your CTF.
Open the below form to fill details
Form
Fill the form properly and click Send.
Note: Put a general name for the CTF name. Don't put your whole event name. It can't be changed in future.
Done
Now you will have to wait for their approval, once they approve you can view the CTF Details at CTF.
Once approved then follow steps from the next article of this series to finally put your CTF on CTFtime.
