Support answers the same product question forty times, and the real answer is in a repo they can't read.
What it does
- A ticket arrives → the AI reads it against your codebase and drafts a reply
- The draft lands as an internal note, so an agent reads it, edits it and sends it
- It's actually a bug, not a question → it's escalated as a GitHub issue with the detail engineers need
- Notes are written in plain language for support, not in developer shorthand
What it does not do
It never replies to your customer. Nothing reaches the requester unless a human sends it.
Honest note: beta — built and smoke-tested, not yet run on a live support queue.
