Chaos engineering without good monitoring is just controlled confusion.
The real value appears when you can see:
what broke,
where it slowed down,
which dependency dragged the system,
and how much user pain it actually caused.
That is why I tie every chaos experiment to SLOs, traces, golden signals, and business outcomes.
If the system wobbles tomorrow, I do not want surprise.
I want rehearsal.
