These are the highest-intent B2B leads in the world. They're literally raising their hands saying "we have money and we're ready to spend it."
So I built an AI agent to find them all.
The Process
Every Monday at 9AM, my AI employee:
- Scrapes HN "Who's Hiring" threads (500+ posts/month)
- Scrapes Reddit r/forhire, r/starthire, r/startups (300+ posts/month)
- Checks AngelList job postings for funded startups
- Verifies each company's website, funding, and contact info
- Scores every lead on a 0-100 budget scale
- Delivers the top 500 as a CSV
The scoring algorithm considers:
- Funding stage (Series A+ = higher score)
- Company size (51-500 = sweet spot for B2B sales)
- Hiring velocity (multiple roles = higher urgency)
- Industry (SaaS, AI/ML, Fintech = highest budgets)
- Freshness (posted within 7 days = highest score)
