I afraid to start big commercial project

Hello everyone, I'm Alex, I was a Full Stack web developer in companies, working at leat 3-4 years, and after that I take a break at least 2-3 years.

I know how to develop little things, making some fun stuff, but I can't take a new whole project, even if I describe the problem, I have the most clearly plan how to do, MVP, Trello, tasking list. I just can't to continue.

The problem is I think it will not be successfull, or it might be not money worth for me that I spend on it.

I have a project that can be at least a new startup company, can help bussiness, but I think, I am not much have experience for using that framework for that project, or some technology.

My best fear is that I will stuck at little projects, not moving forward and making myself better as developer.

How can I step forward for that fear of creating a project that can be a real commercial that will give a salary?
What steps should I do?

Should I training myself on little projects more improving my skills better, or I just should to dive in and what result be it will be?

Thanks for advices

Hey Alex,

My best advice? Just start it.. plan it out like you would any other project and start getting stuff working and down (best way to upskill also). As your project grows and you've developed an mvp you can start approaching other avenues which will secure you the funds to start hiring. When this happens you can get your code base refactored/re-developed (if needed!).

Hope that helps!
