CSS Portrait

I drew a cartoon of a person with CSS:

I don't like the eyes. I need to learn how to draw eyes... and most likely ears... and noses... and hands... I guess all body parts in general 😅

But those eyes are haunting me. I tried different versions (they are commented in the code), but I am not convinced by any.

In this video, I show the beginning of the process, drawing what would be the chin and neck:

Looks great! About the eyes: you could try adding the drop shadow from the upper eyelid.
E.g.: eyelid shadow

Also, props for hitting these weird CSS shapes. I would never attempt some complex CSS art without reference. Matching a reference image will be hard enough.

P.S.: The hardest I've ever done with pure CSS was the tarantula (wait for it to appear).
