According to the ongoing AI era, I want to understand how a web developer or MERN stack developer can grow. What should we focus on learning now?
There are so many AI tools and open-source agents in the market that can already create beautiful designs and write efficient code for frontend developers. Similarly, tools like Claude.ai and others can efficiently handle backend logic.
On top of that, platforms like n8n and Zapier make it possible to build complex backend workflows just by connecting APIs through nodes — everything seems to have become so easy.
Because of all this automation, it’s becoming hard to understand where developers like us should focus our efforts.
So, if anyone has strong opinions or clear guidance on this — especially for those of us who are just starting our careers — it would be really helpful and valuable.
