There are some issues here...
If description is large it overflows. Maybe you should consider adding just first 50 letters of the description and then when one clicks on the note then the full description pops up.

I know this was just for learning. But maybe read a bit more about UX because it's going to help you a lot.
For example the New Note button is far away on the screen and the background that you used lead me to think that I had to click over it to create a new note or that something would happen.
But overall is great! 🤗🤗
