How an AODD Pump Works
Two flexible diaphragms are connected by a common shaft. Compressed air alternately pressurises one chamber while the other draws fluid. Each stroke: one diaphragm displaces fluid on discharge while the other creates suction.
Key Advantages of AODD Pumps
- ✅ No electricity required — runs on compressed air
- ✅ Seal-less design — no mechanical seal to fail
- ✅ Self-priming from dry condition
- ✅ Dry-run capable without damage
- ✅ Handles solids, slurries, and abrasive fluids
- ✅ Safe for flammable and toxic chemicals
- ✅ Variable flow rate — just adjust air pressure
- ✅ Reversible flow direction
