Six Steps

1. Check air pressure — minimum 2 kg/cm², recommended 4–6 kg/cm²
2. Check SCFM — ensure compressor delivers enough volume
3. Inspect suction line — check for air leaks, reduce lift height
4. Check back pressure — reduce discharge line restrictions
5. Lubricate — add SAE 40 oil at air inlet
6. Inspect diaphragms — replace if ruptured or worn
