Sometimes I fear to say something.

Yeah, I agree it's sometimes uncomfortable to receive them. With this post I wanted to give motivation and spread the positive attitude. Because I believe that almost any uncomfortable situation could lead to learning something new and becoming better at whatever You do. :)
