I built a competitive coding platform - join the first prize tournament

I built a competitive coding platform — and just launched a tournament with prizes

Hey Dev.to community

I've been quietly building Algoora — a competitive coding platform where
developers can sharpen their algorithmic thinking through live tournaments.

Why I built it

I wanted a place where programmers of all levels could compete, learn from
each other, and actually have fun solving algorithm problems — not just grind
LeetCode in isolation. So I built it.

What Algoora is

Algoora hosts competitive coding tournaments where you solve algorithm
problems against other developers in real time. Whether you're a student
prepping for interviews, switching careers into tech, or just love a good
coding puzzle — there's a place for you here.

First prize tournament is live now

I just launched a new tournament and I want the dev community to try it out.

Place Prize
🥇 1st 1,500 coins
🥈 2nd 1,000 coins
🥉 3rd 500 coins

Free to enter. No catch.

Join the tournament here

Would love your feedback

This is still early and I'm actively improving the platform. If you join and
notice anything — bugs, UX issues, ideas — drop a comment below or message me
directly. Honest feedback means everything at this stage.

Good luck to everyone who joins

Built with passion by a developer who just wanted a better place to compete.
