Arush Kumar — Founder & CEO
Arush leads product, engineering, and technical vision at Arush Labs. He's an AI engineer and full-stack developer based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, building AI-native software and contributing to open source along the way.

Adeel Ahmad — Co-Founder, Product & Strategy
Adeel is a B.Tech Artificial Intelligence student and open-source contributor, with recent work spanning on-device machine learning and backend systems — squeezing models onto phones with no internet, and building async pipelines for agent systems. He's also a HackIITK 2026 participant.

Ayushi Shukla — Co-Founder, Growth Strategy & Brand Development
Ayushi drives growth, branding, community, and customer success at Arush Labs. She's a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering student, an open-source contributor (including work on the FreeCAD TechDraw Workbench as a GSSoC 2026 contributor), and holds multiple certifications across AI, cloud, and data.

Aniket Gautam — Co-Founder, Software Engineering
Aniket led system architecture for AegisDOM — a zero-trust, deterministic middleware protecting AI browser agents from prompt injection — finishing among the Top 24 Grand Finalists nationwide (Rank 15) at HackIITK 2026, out of 9,000+ participating teams. He's also a Campus Ambassador for Techfest, IIT Bombay.

Why We're Building This
Most "AI-powered" software today is a thin layer bolted onto a product that doesn't need it. We think that's backwards — we build AI-native from the ground up, and we believe founders and small teams deserve access to the same quality of engineering that used to require a much bigger budget and team.
That's the whole premise of Arush Labs: five people who can move like a much bigger team, because AI is doing the heavy lifting alongside us.
