Everyone thinks the future belongs
to whoever learns the newest tool first.
I've watched enough careers to doubt that.
The fast starters chase every trend
and burn out on the churn.
The ones who last
have something quieter:
they're comfortable being a beginner
over and over again.
The tools will keep changing.
That's not the threat.
The threat is deciding you're done learning.
So don't try to be the fastest
to the next shiny thing.
Be the person who stays curious,
who isn't ashamed to start at zero,
who treats change as normal
instead of an emergency.
Adaptability isn't speed.
It's a willingness to keep beginning.
