Hi, i am a web developer and working on MERN stack. I want to build a web application. For that i want to follow some software development process.

I want to follow the below steps.
- Requirements analysis resulting in a software requirements specification
- Software design
- Implementation
- Testing
- Integration, if there are multiple subsystems
- Deployment (or Installation)
- Maintenance
But the thing came in my mind is that, should i follow these steps because they are time consuming.
I also looked for tools and technologies used to develop diagrams (DFD), but i did't found anyone.
