Marketplace listing photos fail for boring reasons: wrong square size, file over the KB limit, or a watermark on an Amazon main image (not allowed).
I was pasting product shots into random online compressors and hated the upload risk. So I built a single HTML file that stays on your machine:
- Pad / resize to common marketplace squares (800 / 1000 / 1200…)
- Optional text / logo watermark (turn off for Amazon main)
- Compress toward a max KB
- Batch rename → download ZIP
- EN / 中文 + dark mode
No install, no account, no server. #selftest in the URL runs a built-in smoke test (broken file should fail; good files ZIP with PK signature).
Who it’s for
Etsy / Shopify / Amazon sellers and anyone who prepares lots of listing images weekly.

Shop is live on Ko-fi at $9 one-time. Early days — distribution > more features.

Curious what you’d add first: HEIC support, or a “spec checker” that only flags rejects without rewriting files?
