How to overcome boredom

I'm just wondering: what do you do when you are bored?
Could be a few moments, could be days or weeks, maybe you don't even identify yourself with the product you're building.

How do you keep yourself motivated?
Are there any "special activities" you do to distract yourself?
Or are you one of the few that are never bored :-) ?

Do you mean boring from programming? Take the complex tasks and you're not going to be bored. In addition, you can try to make your own projects on interesting topics for you.

But best of all doing something different from work, have a non-technological hobby or sport.
