For the past year, I've been building a Web3 project called BOINKO.
Along the way I've learned something that applies to almost every software project:
Building is the easy part. Building something people actually want to use is the challenge.
I've spent countless late nights designing games, building web applications, experimenting with NFTs, solving infrastructure problems, and learning technologies I never expected to touch.
Some ideas failed.
Some had to be completely redesigned.
Others turned into features our community genuinely enjoys.
That's part of the process.
I joined DEV because I want to document that journey—not just the wins, but also the problems, mistakes, and lessons that come with building real software.
In the coming months I'll be writing about topics like:
Building Web3 applications
Creating browser-based games
Designing community tools
Lessons learned while shipping products
Solana development
UI/UX improvements
Infrastructure challenges
What worked...and what didn't
I'm looking forward to learning from this community and hopefully contributing something useful along the way.
If you're building something interesting yourself, I'd love to hear about it.

Great to have you here! Documenting the process like this is such a powerful way to grow. Keep it coming!
