Is it true that drones and surveillance aircraft take information from our devices and determine their locations as soon as they fly over us?

The answer is yes, but how?

Quite simply, my friend, there's a device called an IMSI catcher, and another thing called the IMSI itself, which is found on every device in the world. You can dial *06# and it will appear.

What's the function of this device they install?

It acts like a cell tower, emitting very strong signals, even stronger than the tower people are connected to.

So, the tower determines the location of our devices through the IMSI? They know where we are? Yes, telecommunications companies can determine your location using this. Now, smartphones will automatically connect to this tower or device on the plane, and it will take device identifiers and record them, such as IMSI and IMEI. From this, it will determine the device's information and its location.

So, how can we bypass this and protect ourselves from it?

The simple answer is, when you hear there are approaching planes or something similar, turn off your mobile data and switch to airplane mode, and that's it. Also, turn off Wi-Fi as a precaution because there are alternative routes you might need to identify.
