Hey! I'm working on a small personal project (a dev tool) and trying to validate an idea before building anything. If you're a developer, would you mind answering 4 quick questions? 5-10 min max.

1. When was the last time a technical decision got delayed because nobody knew what already existed, or where to find something in the code/project?
