At numerous times during a day we make decisions, so many decisions. When to workout, what to eat, what to wear, when to rest, how to workout, how to eat, how to wear something, you get it. I constantly battle with making the ‘right’ decision, but what is the ‘right’ decision? The one that feels right at the moment (not working out?) or the one that will feel right later on? (working out).
I say do what feels right, unless you want a Porsche.
