Day 26: Sunday Sick Day Coding

Woke up today feeling like someone replaced my energy levels with a Windows 95 loading screen - slow and occasionally freezing. But hey, Sundays are supposed to be recovery days anyway, so the universe has decent timing.

Despite my immune system staging a revolt, I still managed to tackle one medium leetcode problem. Not sure if this makes me dedicated or just unable to sit still, but here we are. There's something oddly satisfying about solving problems when your brain is running on half capacity - like debugging code while half asleep.

Tomorrow's Plan: The Classic House Price Prediction

Yes, I'm going to build a house price prediction model. The most basic, most common ML project that probably exists in a million GitHub repositories. But you know what? Everyone starts somewhere, and there's wisdom in mastering the fundamentals before trying to revolutionize the field.

I'm treating it as my gateway drug into the classification part of ML. Sometimes the most cliché projects teach you the most because they've been done so many times that you can focus on understanding rather than figuring out what went wrong.

The Three User Account Mystery

Here's something weird that's been happening: right before I fully wake up, I keep seeing three user accounts on my screen. Every single time, I instinctively click on user1. It's like my subconscious has developed its own user preferences.

Either I'm becoming a UI/UX expert in my sleep, or my brain is trying to tell me something about decision-making. Maybe user1 represents the version of me that actually gets stuff done, while user2 and user3 are just there for moral support.

Thoughts on Average Days

Today was pretty average - nothing spectacular, no major breakthroughs, just another Sunday of figuring things out. But there's something underrated about these regular days. They're the ones that actually build the foundation.

The flashy moments get all the attention, but the quiet consistency of showing up even when you're sick, even when it's just one problem, even when you're working on the most basic project - that's where the real work happens.

No grand revelations today, just me and my slightly congested brain working through problems one at a time.
