Started working at 4 PM today and had one of those moments of clarity.
It's not lack of motivation that's been slowing me down - it's distraction. The constant pull of notifications, the quick checks that turn into 20-minute rabbit holes.
So I'm trying something tomorrow: phone off from morning to 8 PM. We'll see how that experiment goes.
Even with today's late start, I'm somehow not behind schedule. Got through the libraries, finished memorizing the core stuff. Tomorrow I apply everything I've learned, then it's mini project time.
There's something weirdly liberating about admitting the real problem isn't willpower - it's just removing the thing that's stealing your attention.
Anyone else find that the solution to productivity issues is usually simpler than you think?
