Building in public - the unfiltered edition
The 5:30am Rain Dance
Nothing says "I'm committed to this journey" like dragging yourself to the gym at 5:30am in the rain. It's that special kind of masochism that separates the dreamers from the... well, slightly more committed dreamers with better endorphin levels.
Murphy's Law Strikes Again
You know that professor who hasn't taken attendance once all semester? The one you've strategically skipped because, let's face it, some lectures are just YouTube videos with extra steps? Yeah, TODAY he decided to take attendance. For the first time. Ever. Classic.
Hackathon Prep: A Study in Overthinking
Currently preparing for a hackathon by texting random people asking for guidance I don't even know I need. It's like asking for directions when you're not even sure where you're going. But hey, sometimes the best insights come from conversations you never planned to have.
The OCaml Sleep Study
Attempted to tackle OCaml today. The tutorial instructor had the charismatic energy of a sedated sloth. I'm convinced he could make winning the lottery sound boring. Note to self: find tutorials that don't require caffeine IV drips to stay conscious.
The Master Plan (Subject to Reality)
Here's the roadmap I've mapped out:
React revision (because knowing and knowing are different things)
Learn better practices (clean code is love, clean code is life)
Next.js (because everyone's doing it, so why not?)
Node.js (backend, here we come)
MongoDB (databases that actually make sense)
ML (the promised land)
Timeline: Wrap web dev mastery by September 30th, then dive into ML. Exams start on the 15th, so this should be... interesting.
The Real Talk Section
Here's what no one talks about in those motivational "day in the life of a developer" posts: the isolation. Not the productive "deep focus" isolation, but the "am I the only one who thinks this tutorial is garbage" isolation.
Mental exhaustion isn't always from grinding 12-hour days. Sometimes it's from questioning if you're on the right path while everyone else seems to have it figured out.
Today's Chaotic Mutiny Offer
We're launching "Debug Your Life" sessions - where we pair you with founders who also text random people for guidance they don't need. Because shared confusion is just networking with extra steps.
Real talk: Building alone is overrated. Whether you're debugging code or debugging your career path, having the right people in your corner changes everything. That's what Mutiny is about - connecting founders, investors, and builders who get that this journey is beautifully chaotic.

Tomorrow's Promise
Day 83 incoming. Will the OCaml tutorial guy redeem himself? Will I remember to check which professors are taking attendance? Will I stop texting random people for guidance?
Probably not, but that's what makes this interesting.
Keep building, keep sharing, keep being human about it.
