As developers, we’re great at building systems — but when it comes to managing and distributing tasks across people, things often get messy.
Over the years, I kept seeing the same problems in teams (especially remote or small teams):
- Tasks are assigned without enough context
- Ownership isn’t always clear
- Work gets duplicated or forgotten
- Task tools become heavier than the work itself
