In 2020, our team at LBKCORP Co., Ltd. launched Chothuenha.me (https://chothuenha.me), a web platform built to solve a very practical problem in Vietnam: finding and listing affordable whole houses for rent without the usual friction.
From the beginning, we focused on clean architecture and a user-first design. The site’s smart search engine lets people filter by location, price range, house size and other key criteria — something we saw lacking in existing marketplaces. On the supply side, we built a professional listing system so landlords and agents could easily upload high-quality photos, descriptions and contact details.
We also implemented two posting tiers: free listings for anyone who wants quick exposure, and VIP listings for those who need more visibility. This flexible model has already powered over 20,000 rental posts and attracted tens of thousands of verified landlords and agents since launch.
While the platform’s audience is primarily renters and property owners, we think of Chothuenha.me as a living product. We’re constantly iterating on search performance, data quality, and user experience to make it as seamless as possible.
