As for managing emotions and fear (or specifically, anxiety), I think breathing deep is so important! It shouldn't be the only thing, but it generally does help me to feel better in the moment.

Deep breathing is a great way to relieve stress and give time to think about situations before responding.

Right on, Jordan!

I'm a big coffee drinker and sometimes I feel like I get so hyped... I'm breathing a bunch of shallow breaths, bouncing around, and getting all worked up. Then I remember to breathe deep and those waves of chill settle over me... it really does work.

Also, to your point, in those moments where we're about to respond to something, it literally gives us more time to think. That combined with its ability to mellow us out... it's like a superpower we all have available to us.

Meditation has become a key part of grounding myself back down into the universe and having an outlet to release negative energies.

Meditation aside there are 2 factors at play in my opinion. 1st has to do with how you view and deal with the world and other people. Having a optimistic outlook and treating people with a little civility goes a long way and more often than not leads to positive outcomes.

The 2nd has to do with life experience. The changes in our lives help shape us into the people we become. Whether it's a negative experience like divorce or loss or positive one like a new place or job upgrade these things force us to change, it's up to us which way we deal with these changes that makes us who we are.

Simply put, if you want a positive life, live a positive life!

Happy Venturing 😉💭

Here's the situation I am in:
I am struggling with:
self confidence, fear to the level of panic, and mostly social anxiety.
and i am with my uncle who is literally high maintenance kind of guy who does farming and literally meets 20+ different people everyday.

the reason, me telling you people is basically the strategy is the following image:

i try to keep the following precautions in mind to stay afloat.

hope the method helps you in "you being in the most uncomfortable place."
