For me it's Dogsong by Gary Paulsen. I've always liked stories and movies about sled dogs and it was the first book I read about it..
While we're here though do you all remember the Goosebumps book where you chose your own ending? Like you'd get to a certain part of the story and have to make a decision so you'd turn to a certain page depending on your choice and continue your own version of the story.
Any detective/mystery book I've read! they're definitely single-read books hahaha
A fever of the blood by oscar de muriel has to be one in my top wish I could re-read it again :3

"Elantris" by Brandon Sanderson. I really enjoyed how the plot unravels until you question everything you've read so far :)
