What I Learned Building This
Fake review detection is fundamentally adversarial. The moment you publish detection criteria, sellers engineer around it. The only sustainable approach is continuous model retraining on live data.
Consumers don't care about methodology — they want a number. Nobody wants to read a 10-page analysis. They want "this product's reviews are 73% trustworthy" while they're standing in the checkout flow.
The real customers are brands, not consumers. Legitimate brands lose billions to fake-reviewed competitors. Enterprise monitoring is where the sustainable revenue model lives.
