Why is npx create-react-app name-of-app so slow?

Even that I have a very good laptop it takes like 2-4 hours to finish loading. Why? How can I fix this?

I think it depends on the connection of the internet. Mine take about 10-15 minutes.
So to when run the React app with npm. Both are slower compared to using Vue’s (vue-create and npm run serve)
