"We Discussed This." "No, We Didn't." Auditing My Claude's Recall

When you know your computer remembers everything about you, it is very convenient.

I can ask a very rough question, and my computer recalls when I discussed that thing at all and what I thought about it.

But sometimes it is not that simple.

Among other things, I index and keep all my sessions with Claude in my second brain. And sometimes I get this situation where I tell him:
We discussed this recently.
And he does not remember.

So I want to build some kind of check so that Claude recalls all those reproaches of mine, when I tell him:
We discussed this. Remember, we discussed this?
And he says:
No, we didn't.

And by finding those cases, where I say we discussed it and he says we didn't, I will be able to understand where my Claude forgets something and why.

Or rather, not forgets, he just sort of does not remember. That is, maybe some glitch happened with where the information was put: it was not reindexed, not relinked, and so on.

I need to sort this out and launch a service that keeps checking whether I have reproached my Claude.
Or at least run it once and look.

Because there have been several cases recently where I tell him:
We discussed this.
And he says:
No, we didn't.

I need to recall all of it.
