Umoja fixes that.
We bring everything into one place — chat, POS, payroll, delivery, and accounting — all connected to WhatsApp.
A customer can message a shop on WhatsApp, place an order, pay, and get delivery — all through Umoja.
We’re starting in Zimbabwe, where over a million vendors already sell informally, and expanding across Africa’s 500 million WhatsApp users.
Our business model is simple: we take a small 1–3% fee on each transaction and offer premium plans for growing businesses.
We’ve built the platform and are raising funds to scale.
