I Built an Interactive FH6 Game Wiki
Forza Horizon 6 has hundreds of cars, dozens of race types, and a massive open-world map. Finding reliable tuning setups, car stats, and collectible locations means digging through YouTube videos and Reddit threads.
So I built fh6wiki.com — a completely static wiki with interactive tools.
What it includes
🗺️ Interactive Map
A full game map with all collectible locations — barn finds, XP boards, fast travel boards, beauty spots. No ads, no paywalls, just the map.
🏎️ Car Tuning Calculator
24 built-in tuning presets across 6 race types (road, dirt, cross, street, drag, drift) × 4 classes (S1, S2, A, B). Pick your race type → get instant tire pressure, camber, gear ratios, spring rates, and aero settings.
📚 60+ Game Guides
- Tuning guide (most popular, 100 views/week)
- Auction house flipping strategies
- Drifting tips for beginners
- Skill points farming guide
- Legendary cars collection guide
Tech Stack
- Pure HTML/CSS/JS — no framework, no build step
- Deployed on Cloudflare Pages (free tier)
- GA4 for analytics
- Under 200KB total page weight
Why Static?
I wanted this to load fast on mobile while playing. No React, no Next.js, no database. The tuning calculator runs in ~50 lines of vanilla JS. The map is an image with CSS positioned markers.
Results So Far
- ~1,600 page views/week from Google + Bing
- 48 clicks/week from search
- /tools page CTR: 8.4% (highest on the site)
