Do we live near each other?

So I'm curious if any of us live near each other. It would be cool to see if we do.

I'm always interested in meeting new people with similar interested not just online, but in person. Let's grab a coffee or lunch, and talk code!

Palo Alto/CA/USA

I’m from the west of Ireland and moved to the US a year ago

What are your thoughts on US so far? good/bad?

Really enjoying my time here so far, I have found people to be very welcoming in general. There are a lot of really great opportunities in the US, especially for those of us in Tech.

Have you visited elsewhere in the country?

Yes I've done quite a bit of traveling in the past year. I completed a masters at Notre Dame in South Bend, IN before moving out west. I managed to visit 15 states in a year on a student budget which is pretty decent, only 35 to go!

I move fast! Do you ever come out to the Bay Area?

Yeah, seems like it's happening more and more these days.

Next time I'm there I'll do a shoutout to more folks.
