The talks by Simon Brown about Software Architecture are quite good: youtube.com/watch?v=z1xLDzx7hgw
There are also many talks about Domain Driven Design, here's one from the author of the first book that coined the term, Eric Evans: youtube.com/watch?v=yPvef9R3k-M
Does that help? What do you mean by "keep track(automatically) of sources"?
I meant to say that how do you get notified or know when new content is out on internet. do you follow some automated process or just have to search web ?

One thing you can do is to subscribe to a YouTube channel of conferences, like e.g. the Goto Conferences.
