The problem nobody wants to do

You ship an app. The store listing needs screenshots. Then someone asks: "can we localize it for Germany, Japan, Brazil, Saudi Arabia?"

Now you're not shipping — you're in a design tool, copying the same layout 20 times, fixing text that overflows in German, flipping the whole thing for Arabic, and re-exporting for 6 different device sizes. Per language. Every update.

I did this manually for my own app. Once. Then I built a tool so I'd never do it again.

What Shotyend does
Upload one screenshot. The AI redraws the UI text inside the image into the target language — layout, fonts and icons stay intact, brand names and numbers untouched. Then it renders every store size and hands you one validated ZIP.

70+ languages, including RTL (Arabic, Hebrew) and CJK with correct fonts and text direction

Every store size in one job: Play phone 1080×1920, 7" 1512×2688, 10" tablet 1620×2880; App Store iPhone 6.9" 1320×2868, 6.5" 1284×2778, iPad 13" 2064×2752
1024×500 Play feature graphic, auto-translated per language
Store-Ready validation: every file checked against Play & App Store rules, fixed if needed
Marketing captions above/below the phone frame — also translated
One-click store upload: push straight to Play (service account) or App Store Connect (API key). Credentials are used in the moment and never written to disk

Localization, not word-for-word translation
Translating "Get 50% off" is easy. Getting the tone, the currency and the date format right for that market is the part that actually converts. The AI handles per-market tone and formats instead of doing a dictionary swap — and there's a QC pass that catches text overflow and misalignment before you ever see the file

Free thing you can use right now, no signup
There's a store listing analyzer on the homepage. Paste a package name, get a score with concrete findings. I ran it across a large pool of Play apps and the pattern is depressingly consistent: English-only listings, missing feature graphics, and the first two screenshots never say what the app actually does.

It's free and needs no account. Check your own app — it takes 30 seconds and it will probably annoy you.

Pricing, briefly
No subscription. One-time credits that never expire. Cost is image × language × platform, based on the model you pick. 10 free credits on signup, no credit card. If a job fails on our side, credits are automatically refunded — you don't pay for my bugs.

Launch week: 25% off your first month.

Stack, for the curious
FastAPI + MongoDB on the backend, React on the front, Cloudflare R2 for storage, and a render pipeline that composites the localized text back into device frames at store dimensions. The hard part wasn't translation — it was making text fit a fixed layout in a language that's 40% longer, and doing it without the result looking auto-generated.

Try it: shotyend.com — and if you find something broken, tell me. I'd rather hear it from you than from a review.
