Even with regular workouts, hours of continuous sitting doesn't seem to fully get offset. Curious how common this actually is among developers, and how much it varies person to person.
If you've dealt with it — what actually helped? Better hardware (standing desk, split keyboard, monitor setup), movement habits, something else entirely? Or have you just not had this problem at all?
Trying to get a real sense of how widespread this is versus how much it depends on individual setup/habits.
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse

Am just a beginner. Taking small breaks for standing and just a small walk around the room helps me to stay for longer hours.
I once got sciatic pain after sitting too much, since then I do light back exercises in the morning and try to go to the gym regularly. And a standing desk is a must have.
