I am Shahjada. I live in Germany. I have been working as a Software Engineer for the last 9 years.

It's been more than a week since I got 10000 Followers. I thought I should thank DEV and everyone!

Why should I thank?

I have had my personal Blog Site since 2012. But I was never a regular writer! DEV really made me a regular Writer more than I was ever before.
The DEVCommunity is crazily active! And being TECH-only Space is really making DEV.to different than any other popular platforms.

My Achievements

• I have become one of the Distinguished Authors of 2019! That also motivated me to be regular! 👏

• One of My posts became one of the top 7 most popular articles. 🎉

• I got a few badges for writing. 😍

• Got a Gift pack for being one of the Distinguished Authors 🧧

• Also, I received a DEV Hoody 👕

All of the above things have motivated me a lot.

I am also a regular reader. I love reading articles! I follow a lot of people here and checkout FEED Page always.

Wow that was redicilously fast, joined Aug 4 2019!

I agree that dev has motivated me to write a little more than I was. I've had mine since 2017. I joined dev in November and have been doing weekly posts all of 2020.
It's also motivating to see a small % of those reads are coming back to my personal site waylonwalker.com something I had not really had before.
