If the answer was that simple one would not exist.
Side project, learn about web dev. Proof of concept/ minimum viable product, internal app with small Dev team, external app with distributed Dev team and 1000s users, start up that may need to scale quickly, large site with 10,000 concurrent users with real time updates... You get my drift...
