Please don't use abbreviations without explaining their meaning at least one time.
You don't have any idea how much time I've lost reading a post and googling weird abbreviations.
No everyone out there now the meaning of VCS (Version Control system) or DTL (Django template language).
In conclusion, try to specify all of the abbreviations you use. Your readers will thank you. 😉
Write because you want to, not because they tell you is the best thing to do. That mindset will make you unhappy if your writting doesn't receive attention.
Then, always be sure to make a complete research effort before you write about something. You will learn more and produce better content!
This is totally true. I write 6x faster when I research before mashing the keyboard.
Be fun, be kind, be useful, be yourself. That's around 50% of writing a blog. The remaining 50% is technical. For this reason, however, I highly recommend learning marketing, copywriting, and some design techniques.
Also, having a workspace can really improve your writer's life, I use Notion.
Really cool advice.
I think I know from somewhere ....
