That's a funny question.
I think you may face people with impostor syndrome who may not reply, or being humble. You will also face savior complex. Then you will face people who made a burnout and would find your question strange 😀
First, there is no need to compete with other. I think a better approach would have been: "What are you proud of about your work?"

I'm good at coping with legacy code, and reducing by it over the time. It implies refactoring, migration, communication.
I also try to empower other Dev with new tool, such as linting or typos checks. I communicate about new tools, good practices, anti patterns...
I offer help to other when I think they could need but be afraid to ask.
Nothing is ever perfect.... But expecting too much is also greediness!!!
