Please don't mix up the professional with the personal charming as both of them require a different level of effort.
Professional one - The secret sauce is, expertise in the field of work, patience, listening to others, and helping them as much as possible. Have an intention of true loving nature, don't expect others to go with your style or nature of work. Also don't expect the fruit of your work.
Personal one - Be the person who you are. Change the behavior if needed but you cannot personally change the way how others will look at you. Remember, God has created each of us with unique characteristics, hence be open as you are. Don't be a robot of someone else :)
