Uuuufff.... Miscommunication is the origin of a lot of problems on projects and probably the most underrated danger.

For my experience, the only way to is with more communication. Don't be afraid to ask two time the same thing in different terms and explain in plain words what do you expect. Same way, be open to listening people that is asking or explaining you his position, challenge, etc.

It's very important to have people in our team with that capacity to talk and listening to in order to work together. Nowadays, we work in teams with different profiles, culture, challenge and sometimes we have different meanings for the same words.

We have a lot of communication tools like Jira, slacks, mail, etc. but we needs to understand the other part.

In the dynamic landscape of a startup, communication challenges are a natural occurrence. Divergent professional backgrounds within different departments can lead to misunderstandings and discrepancies in problem-solving approaches. To navigate these hurdles, the project manager assumes a critical role as a communication bridge. By fostering a culture of open dialogue and actively listening to each department's perspectives, the project manager can facilitate a shared understanding of the issues at hand and pave the way for collaborative solutions.
