New DEV Feature: Following Tab

Hey, there is a new feature on the home feed: a Following tab. The existing feed is now called Discover.

If you open the menu for the Discover tab, you'll see the existing relevant/top/latest sorting options.

The Following tab shows only posts from members and organizations you follow. This has been a long-requested feature, and it's finally here. Within Following, you'll see relevant and latest.

When you visit a tab, it will be the one you automatically return to the next time you visit the site. So if you want to stick to the Following tab, you can.

Go out and follow lots of authors you're interested in hearing from!

p.s. this is behind a feature flag in the Forem code.
