Its been 3 months and I have still not received my swag. Contacted DHL tracker and they said that hacktober team has to raise track and trace request. I am from India and status has not been updated since November 13th 2020. Please help. Kotis design is not helping me in any way!!!

If you have already ordered your swag, we are continuing to ship out the T-shirts over the next month, however, given the global health pandemic, this may take longer than expected. Please have patience in waiting for them to ship.
Once shipped, swag is expected to take 8 - 12 weeks, or more, to arrive given the current global health pandemic. No updates on the tracking link provided for long periods at a time is to be expected and is completely normal. We ask that you have patience in waiting for your swag to arrive.

We don't have a way to track the awarding of your badge, but we will use this data to cross-reference with the list of official Hacktoberfest participants so we can award badges, so it's not an automatic process once you hit
