I've seen a lot of peoples launching and sharing app online, but i had never launched an app myself before.
For the background, recently i had to create a lot of invoices and i didn't want to pay for any products out there, so i build one for myself over few days.
I focused on a simple and straightforward product with a straightforward UI:
- A toolbar with actions (download pdf, discount etc.)
- A form file that represent the invoice
It worked fine for my case, but i thought of, before sharing a few important features should be added:
- Multiples currency
- Templates
Then, launched it on X/Twitter and done!
Eventually after a few days it generated $90 (7 customers) which was quite unexpected.
It was a nice experience, and so, i decided to make another app soon!

One-time lifetime pricing is my preferred pricing model, subscriptions have their place but for simple apps like this lifetime pricing just works. Really nice app @dorianb!
