The Work Ended. The Access Did Not.

A project closes on Friday.

The shared folder does not.

The contractor still has the files on Monday.

The client still has the deck from last quarter.

The partner still has the numbers from a deal that is already signed.

Nothing was stolen.

The access was simply left on.

A share should have an end, the same way the work does.

Time-bound access can expire on its own.

When the date arrives, the file closes.

If the date is wrong, access can be revoked in the moment.

The person does not keep a private copy just because the project once needed them.

The work ended.

The access should end with it.
